The project will be subject to at least a city plan and, if necessary, a component master plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will involve the construction of a hydrogen separation and synthetic downstream processing plant with a maximum capacity of around 1000 MW based on renewable energy. A further 200MWp solar power production area is planned.
